Refund Policy

Because many of the items at Simply Dana Co. are handmade and often customized, all sales are final. I do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error on my part.

If something is wrong with your order, please contact me within 3 days of delivery so I can make it right. You’ll need to include photos of the item and packaging so I can assess the issue.

Please note that I do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or a change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing choices (please review all sizing charts carefully before ordering)

  • Delays caused by the postal service once an item is shipped

Each product is made with care and attention to detail. I ask for your understanding and grace as a small, handmade business. Your satisfaction matters deeply to me, and I will always do my best to resolve any genuine issues.
