Do you accept custom orders?
Yes. I love creating meaningful custom pieces. If you'd like something personalized, please reach out through the contact page and let’s talk about your idea.

How long will it take to receive my order?
I do my best to get all orders out within 3 business days. However, please allow up to 7 business days for processing, especially during busy seasons or for larger orders. Every item is made by hand and packed with care by one person — me. Your patience and understanding mean a lot, and I promise it’s worth the wait.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Free local pickup is available in Fayetteville, NC. Select “local pickup” at checkout and you’ll receive an email when your order is ready.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many items are handmade and custom, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and I’ll do my best to make it right.

How should I care for my shirt or drinkware?
Wash shirts inside out in cold water and hang to dry for the longest life. For drinkware, hand wash only. Do not soak or place in the dishwasher or microwave.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
At this time, Simply Dana Co. only ships within the United States.
